我哋嘅故事 · Our Origin
Born in 2017 on Sun Street, Wan Chai, Honbo is a home-grown Hong Kong burger joint that celebrates the simple things done right. We are a community-driven restaurant that focuses on honest, high-quality ingredients.
2017 年喺灣仔太陽街開業，Honbo（漢堡）係土生土長嘅香港漢堡店，專注把簡單嘅嘢做好。我哋重視社區同誠實食材，唔玩花巧，只係做好一個經典漢堡。
From our signature potato milk buns to our custom blend of double-gold medal winning beef — everything is handmade, smashed fresh, and served with pride.
「Honbo」即係廣東話「漢堡」—— 一個好本地、好直接嘅名字。
